1. 4 bowls of cooked rice
2. ½ cup of chopped carrot
3. 3 eggs, scrambled
4. ¼ cup of diced onion
5. 2 cloves of minced garlic
6. ½ onion, diced
7. 4 bowls of chopped cabbage
8. soy sauce for color(or your can avoid this)
9. salt to taste.

                       FOR CHICKEN

1. 3 pounds of chicken, cut into 6 pieces
2. Pinch of salt
3. 3 lemons, juice
4. 1 lemon, zest
5. 2 cloves of garlic, minced
6. 1 tablespoon of fresh oregano, chopped
7. 1/8 teaspoon black pepper, freshly 
8. grounded 2 tablespoons olive oil
9. 2 fennel bulbs, trimmed, cored and sliced 10. 1/4 cup kalamata olives, pitted halves.


For fried rice

In a fry pan scramble (fry) eggs until golden brown, set aside for later. On the same pan  use 2 tablespoons of oil to saute garlic and onion until semi-soft.

Now add carrots and cabbages and stir until they are nearly cooked up after that  add rice and stir it well on medium heat to prevent rice sticking to the pot

When you done add soy sauce and salt to taste, turn up the heat to absorb moisture from the liquid Now mix in the eggs and quick stir in the green onion for flavor.

On the other hand 
 preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
 Pat dry chicken and loss the skin. Sprinkle salt and pepper on top of the chicken pieces now take a small bowl and mix together lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic, and
oregano, after mixing it well Tuck half of this mixture under the skin of the chicken.In the same bowl, add the remaining herbs and listed ingredients.

Leave it for 5 minutes then  transfer it to the baking dish and top with the chicken pieces.Bake the chicken in a bowl for about 40 minutes or until meat get tender.Remove from oven .

In a fresh fry pan mix the chicken and rice together and fry it for 5 minutes. Ready to serve . Enjoy the dinner with your family..
