                POTATO CHEESE BALLS

500gm potato
2 eggs
150gm pea
Salt(according to taste)
100gm flour
Mozzarella cheese
50ml milk
Bread crumbs
Cooking oil

Now throw pinch of salt and 3 tbsp flour into the mashed potatoes and make a smoother dough(note if you find the potatoes are being separated with each other then add more flour into the dough and mix it well by using your hand or spoon it'll soon become smoother)

Now it's time for cheese(my favourite one)cut it into square block and  don't make them too bigger.
Now take some potatoes playdoll and put the cheese block in the middle and cover the blocks properly with the potatoes and shape the potatoes like snow ball, don't allow the cheese to see from inside 🙈.

After that, put the potatoes  ball into freez and allow it to cool for 30-40 minutes it became set and is easier to coat.
Meanwhile u can prepare  the coating station
Crack the egg into a bowl and 50gm of milk or you can use water too.Beat the mixture well and while mixing add the rest flour into the mixture and whisk it properly make it like smoothie

Now take out the potatoe balls and roll them into the batter do it one by one when you done
Coat the balls into breadcrumbs and roll it properly after that again redo the same process dip into the egg batter and then breadcrumb means the potatoe balls will passes through 2 verification method.

Final touch , preheat the cooking oil(make sure to cheak the heatness of oil) and dip the coated balls into it and deep fry the balls until they golden_brown for 3-4 minutes (don't over cook otherwise it will have a colour combination of brown_black)
after 3-4 min out the balls from hot swimming pool into the tissue towel and let the potato wipe his/her body.
It's ready to serve enjoy the DILICIOUS crispy fried chesseee poatao balls 'shhuuppp yummy

Okay jokes apart

First let the peas and carrot boil in the cooker,
In the meantime we will make our dough.
For that take a large bowl and throw 1tbsp white flour, salt to taste, flour, fennel flower ,
1tbsp ghee or butter, water now mix it well and make a semi soft dough

Apart from this don't forget to cheak your peas and carrots it is still boiling take out from the boiling point and mash it using spoon, try to mash when they are hot .

After mashing the peas and carrot together add ½tbsp flour in it and make a smooth dough. After that freeze it for 15minutes until as long as it is being cool we'll jump to the first dough which we made using flour

Shape the flour dough like snow ball and create a space in the middle portion of the dough using your hand to fill the peas mixture (dough)
Now take out the pea dough from fridge and start filling on the flour dough when you done all process just shape it like paratha or whatever shape you like doesn't matter.😶

Pre heat the fry pan apply little amount of ghee and heat the paratha into it..
Cook until they get light brown..
Hey the crispy harder paratha is ready to serve
Serve it with sour curd hope your children like it.
